Alongside the pumps that we supply to power stations, Castle Pumps also supply boiler tubes, which are used to evaporate water into steam inside boilers of thermal power plants. We have currently sold over 10km of varying specifications of boiler tubes worldwide. The boiler tube manufacturer for which we are an appointed distributor are currently utilised worldwide by many leading power plant engineers, and are consequently manufactured to the strictest technical criteria.
The boiler tubes that we supply are available in varying grades which include SA210 A1, SA210 C, T1, T2 T11, T12, T22, T23, T24, T91, T92, API5L (others on request). The tubes can be supplied as either straight, finned, or spiralled/rifled tubes and are available in a range of lengths up to 20m and cut to any size. Some sizes of boiler tubes are available from stock. We can provide boiler tubes with third party inspection certificates from Lloyds, DNV, SGS or bureau veritas if required, complete with 2.1 material certification, certificates of origin and Eur 1 / Form F.
If you have existing boiler tubes which require replacing we can quote against a provided specification, drawing or by simply sending a sample to us.
